Mutton chops has been a recent inclusion in our cooking. Hubby Dear got it some months back thinking kids may not like it. Making of Mutton Chops Masala

We apply roasted spice masala to raise the gustatory modality of these chops.

Ingredients to make Mutton Chops Masala

  • 1 cup Onions
  • 1/2 cup Onion Paste
  • ii tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/ii cup Love apple Puree
  • two tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tsp Spice Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • i/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ii tbsp Coconut Paste (thick)
  • Handful Curry Leaves
  • Handful Coriander Leaves

Spice Powder

  • ii tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 2 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tsp Peppercorns
  • i tsp Fennel Seeds
  • v - 6 Cloves
  • 2 inch Cinnamon
  • 2 nos Cardamom
  • 6 Cashew nuts

How to make Mutton Chops Masala

    Spice Pulverization

    • Dry out roast all the spices, allow to cool. Grind to a smooth powder.

    For the Gravy

    • Wash and pressure melt the mutton chops with a compression of salt and turmeric powder.

    • Heat a kadai with cooking oil, saute onions till brown.

    • Add ginger garlic paste and saute well.

    • Adjacent, add the onion paste and saute well.

    • When the unabridged mixture gets cooked well, add the tomato puree.

    • Add the blood-red chili powder, coriander pulverization, and turmeric powder.

    • Saute everything well, add cooked mutton chops with i/2 cup h2o.

    • Add the spice powder and coconut paste. Continue cooking for 5 mins.

    • Then, add the herbs and simmer till the water is all evaporated.
